As far as I am concerned, walking into the Court building itself, by your own volition, is ‘Joinder’.<\/p>\n\n\n

By voluntarily attending Court, you are agreeing\/assuming that their bullshit system has some type of jurisdiction………& that you feel that you must attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don’t recognise any Courts, if I’m in a Court room, by default i will be the ONLY ‘living’ being in that room. You need to make that obvious immediately (i do this in ONE <\/em><\/strong>letter BEFORE <\/em><\/strong>the topic of“COURT<\/em><\/strong>” is even mentioned)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I do not recognise their bullshit system built on Fraud & Unlawful Acts\/Statutes, & Policies<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let’s put this into perspective……before I even knew what ‘Common Law’ actually was, I had over 20+ “Summons” to Court……..I didn’t attend a single one. The ONLY <\/strong>way you will see me standing in a Court Room is if I am Taser’d, cuffed, and placed there.<\/p>\n\n\n

Now it would be a complete “Miracle”<\/em><\/strong> to even find a Magistrate who would be willing to have me stand in front of them during a working day’s court session. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because to do so would end their career in an instant, and likely see them arrested in the Court Room for Fraud, Aiding and Abetting in a Treasonous Act, Malfeasance\/Missfeasance\/Nonfeasance in Public Office \/ ‘Gross Misconduct in Public Office’.<\/strong> (+ more)<\/p>\n\n\n

In many cases, we can remove the court with just ONE <\/em><\/strong>letter sent in the post, tracked & signed for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can almost hear the Commonlaw crew out there going nuts;… ‘You can’t do that’!, ‘you don’t know what you’re talking about’, ‘You’re mad’ etc etc. But i have done it quite a few times & in the most austere situations imaginable, which I will explain at the end. Il even add the letter I last sent, here at the bottom.<\/p>\n\n\n

Don’t worry, I’ll explain it all here on this page…….you see my common law style will not work without the Christian21<\/strong> ‘Plug-in’, not that particular ‘style’ of common law approach anyway…..I’d have to go about it the same way as everyone else has to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Christian21’s<\/strong> intel, I can make a courtroom of judges disappear into the woodwork, petrified with just ONE <\/em><\/strong>letter…..yet without ‘Christian21’s intel’, I only have the basic common law techniques to use, so i would not be able to deal with a situation like a court hearing with just ONE <\/em><\/strong>letter.<\/p>\n\n\n

The simplest way to deal with ALL <\/em>Common Law <\/strong>issues is the best way……people overcomplicate this subject in their minds, not intentionally, but for the general public, this topic is still outside of the herd consensus realities permitted grazing pastures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most commonly, in a relationship, one of the couple will not want their partner to ‘risk’ anything, because ‘most’ people are against trying to push back, they fear losing their house, bank account, Governmental Benefits, Car, Liberty, or have the bailiffs turn up & kick their door in…..they assume this through lack of knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n

“Knowledge is power”<\/em><\/strong>, and if the Bailiffs do turn up, not <\/strong><\/em>knowing your rights can lead to you unknowingly giving them ‘Joinder’, and them getting their way, unlawfully.<\/p>\n\n\n

The reality of this situation is that it is, in fact, really simple to deal with all this; no matter what the issue is, it can be dealt with, do not ignore these issues, if you ignore correspondence from Bailiff’s or Billing companies, “Tacit Aquesence”<\/strong> is your agreement via your silence on the matter, or, in other words, if you dont open the letters and responde to them, you agree to whatever their contents is, after 3 months of sustained ignorance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fear is the driving factor…….ignorance-based fear.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

In the last 5+ years, I have dealt with a lot of common law issues, almost every possible type of ‘issue’ I have had, over 200 now in 5+ years, I have rebutted successfully….from my first ever case (my own Electricity bill) right up until now, I have not had a single failure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I never thought that this would work so easily<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I started in common law, I knew zero about any of it…..it didn’t make any sense to me back then…….i assumed that anything with ‘Law’ in the sentence is going to be very complicated, time-consuming, & likely costly…….as my mind flicked to the stereotype of Wig-wearing Judge & Barristers, and the years that he\/she\/they\/them must have spent studying Law for them to even be in that position in the first place….. ‘Rebutting’ anything in the ‘Legal’ framework seemed so far away from what I can expect to achieve with my zero knowledge on the subject.<\/p>\n\n\n

But a few months later, when i returned from working in North Macedonia, i came home to find the electricity company wanted \u00a3170.00 quid. Id been paying the bills while I was away, my mum lived at the house and knew nothing about it? Id had no bills come in whilst I was away as they were all paid from my account….except this \u00a3170, from ‘Scottish Power’. My mum said: “Here look, i have these letters, but they are for someone else? it just says “Vacant Vacant” for the occupier’s name?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I opened these two letters addressed to ‘Vacant Vacant’………they were from Scottish Power Ltd…….so I emailed them asking why my name is not on the bill and, that it has ‘Vacant Vacant’ as the occupier? I got a reply that said: ‘If you could please send us the meter reading number, we can get the name put back on the account’ (words to that effect). <\/p>\n\n\n

Back then, my common law knowledge was scant to say the least, this is at some point in 2020 – but it dawned on me that when I rented the cottage a year prior, i went with ‘British Gas’ as my billing company, not ‘Scottish Power’….so I wrote back, I said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘I’m happy to send you the meter reading number:…. but only after you send me the contract that i must surely have with you? because as far as I am aware, British Gas ‘supplies’ me…..not Scottish Power?<\/em>“<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

She replied: “Please can you send me the serial numbers on the gas and electricity meters so that we can update our records & assign the meter to the address, because we do not have the serial numbers for those meters on our system”.<\/p>\n\n\n

I replied: “If you do not know the serial numbers on the meters…….how do you know that i owe you \u00a3170.00?…..I tell you what, send me the contract I have with you, and il send you the serial numbers, & the readings….if you cant for some reason send me the contract, please do not contact me again because i can smell “Fraud” here with what you are asking me?”<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I never heard from them again, and I lived at that address for a further 2.5 years after this issue arose…….I never had another Bill, or even a letter from them. That was the end of the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n

This is how you find out if your rebuttal worked, because you never hear from them again.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know only of two people who actually got a receipt for promissory notes that I helped them with…..one was for \u00a3180.00 parking charge in central London 2 years ago, and the other was a ‘PM’ (Promisory Note) that a friend of mine did for himself (I think it was a finance payment for about 200 quid (?) .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Promisory Note goes through 3 stages. Firstly, it is backed by physical gold and silver, this is to gain public trust in a ‘paper’ note that is of no physical value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Stage-2” of a ‘Promisory Note’, is the interesting part:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Suspended Convertibility<\/em><\/strong>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘Suspended Convertibility’ of the promisory note is ‘stage-2’ – Announced by Richard Nixon in America, in 1962, I think it was from memory?……and guess what?…..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Suspended Convertibility<\/em><\/strong>” actually translates to the fact that your promissory note is not, and does not need to be backed by ‘Anything<\/em><\/strong>‘, because ‘stage-2’ is the economy in expansion (= the Elite bloodline families making sure that they can scam everything to the MAX while the public is totally oblivious)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But let me not digress……i return to this later on the page….<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You see, these companies are all well-aware of the fraud that they are collectively ‘up to’……they just work on the fact that the public were oblivious to it, which they most certainly were. But, they are waking up, at last.<\/p>\n\n\n

The cashiers in the High Street branches, the call centre staff who interface with the public, or the secretary who works for the solicitors who have just instructed bailiffs to visit you, or the bank clerk who just opened your letter……these people are just doing a job that pays their wages…..The Bank staff who deal with the public are not financial experts, nor is the secretary who handles appointments at a busy solicitor’s office, an expert on Law.<\/p>\n\n\n

But, the people who employ these staff members, the people who eventually see the Tracked mail that you sent your promisory note to them, in….. the ‘workers’ who interface the company with the public, at the ‘Account’ level……. these people who work in the Back-Office of their companies departments, these people, and the entire managerial structure above them, are all completely aware of the scams they are pulling, and they are also well aware of the loopholes that their company uses to;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“obtain money via deception”<\/em><\/strong>…..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

…….as a part of their business strategy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

What people need to keep in mind when dealing with common law \/ ‘Legal’ issues, ‘Bills’ \/ Mortgages \/ Finance agreements \/ Council Tax \/ Court Fines \/ Parking ‘offences’ \/ Speeding Tickets \/ Benefit Agency’s etc…..is that it is NOT <\/strong><\/em>YOU <\/em><\/strong>who is in the wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“There is more than one way to skin a cat, and common law is no different<\/em><\/strong>“.<\/p>\n\n\n

My own style of common law is not for everyone’s sensibilities…. “Highly Unorthodox” would be a good explanation of my approach to the ‘legal’ system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But explain both styles, it’s not complicated whatsoever.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It may well be “Highly Unorthodox”, but it has 100% success rate…….AND….. It’s not me getting done for “Contempt of Court”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To quote an Oriental Bloodline family member who was pretty good at Martial Arts:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I don’t push….I only Punch”<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

I developed it accidentally as the path of the course. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ll explain here quickly what happened, and you can see how I fell into this particular way of dealing with officials…… It’s quite bizarre to be honest, and it proved Christians’ intel 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because a year or two prior, Christian explained to everyone where these 33rd degree Freemasons all went…..honestly, guys this is so easy…….so, so easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Legal\/Lawful world, correspondence is done via registered mail, tracked & signed for. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emails do not count – sending registered mail in the post with a tracking number is how you communicate with these people (all of them). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can email them, but anything that you want ‘carved In Stone’ must be sent via tracked mail.<\/p>\n\n\n

What happens then, is a ‘3-Letter’ process…….for instance, if it is a Bailiff writing to you, they have 3 months & 3 letters to you before they can escalate the matter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is the 3-letter process.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So if you ignore those 3 letters, they are ‘allowed’, via the Legal fraud, to come and see you to try and get you to open the front door…..all they need is ‘Joinder’, same with the police, but let me not digress….<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By opening the Front Door to your property, car, Lorry, Shed, caravan etc, is, in the eyes of the Legal system, you being willing to engage with them, synonymous with your invitation for them to enter your property.<\/p>\n\n\n

So we don’t open the front door…..we have these conversations through an open window…..car window, caravan window, shed window, lorry window.<\/p>\n\n\n

Opening doors = ‘Joinder’ = consent to be ‘joined’ with your “Legal Fiction” = your “Strawman” = ‘Personage ‘= ‘Legal Entrapment’ (which is Legal Fraud)…..so we avoid all joinder by opening the nearest window to converse through when ‘official’ people knock on your door.<\/p>\n\n\n

Legal Fraud is NOT Lawful <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are many great people out there doing fantastic work in the common law space, really good work – success after success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But some of them end up in prison for; <\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘Contempt of Court’. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

This is one small reason that I personally do not attend court – because i am likely to get very angry indeed at the audacity of a nonce to dare tell me anything of ‘Right’ & Wrong’….how dare you, you fucking Nonce…….these people disgust me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But because I ‘know’ what they represent……. I can’t ‘wear it’. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m just being honest with you….. I’m not here to lie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When dealing with these issues, you must remember; <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘Stay in your lane’<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Handle this situation as you feel comfortable based on your own personality & vocabulary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mostly, these common law heroes have spent many years of diligent research to gain their knowledge base on the subject, which places them automatically in a position above <\/em><\/strong>the Legal <\/em><\/strong>system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Common Law Legends such as ‘Bill Turner’ , & ‘Ian Stuart Stuart’<\/em><\/strong> to name just two, have spent years poring through tomes of law volumes such as ‘Archbolds<\/em><\/strong>‘ & ‘Blacks Law’<\/em><\/strong>, piecing together the legal jargon in a way that is understandable to the general public.<\/p>\n\n\n

I know of several Common Law experts who are way more knowledgeable than I am on this subject, yet that knowledge base was not enough to defeat the judge\/magistrate on the “battlefield” (court room), and they ended up in jail for 6 months for ‘Contempt of Court’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why go to court in the first place? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By walking into the Court building, you are automatically agreeing, by your physical presence in that location, taken there by your own two feet, your agreement that you acknowledge their authority, &, have indeed done something perceived <\/strong><\/em>as wrong, and that you are there to either clear your name or lie, hoping that they will believe you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is ALL <\/em>Courts in every country…… that’s what Courts are for.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I accidentally discovered a technique that will turn you & your name<\/em><\/strong> into a metaphorical clove of Garlic….and we all know what Garlic does to Vampires……..they steer well clear of Garlic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please DO NOT forget that the police, the world’s police, are complicit in adrenochrome procuration. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It may seem absurd to you in ‘Dream-Land’ where you are right now, but it is true…….these people don’t have ‘Fangs’, but they do drink Blood……..Children’s blood……not grown-ups’ blood….CHILDREN’S<\/em><\/strong> BLOOD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You see, before your name gets added to any courtroom roster, there will be a police constable looking at your interview tapes and recordings…..they do this so they can ascertain what they can charge you with, and get away with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They do not want to ‘Nick’ you for nothing, its paperwork that is completely counterproductive when you need to have a file filled with “excellent” arrests, so they will try to ‘Build<\/strong>‘ a case against you, based on fuck-all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the offices above the custody suite, there are more police, who earn more money than the others on the ‘Shop Floor’ below them (physically, and socially). One of these police will need to review your case and decide what to do next? – release you, or arrange for you to go before a Magistrate the following day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They can only detain you without charge for 24 hours – in that time, they must build a case against you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What you say to the police, during arrest, or during interview, is what decides the next course of action that they take.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sergeant reviewing your case knows exactly what to do in all situations regarding arrest & court. They are experts in the ‘Legal’ system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, what does this tell you?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This tells you that when you get stopped by the police, and, particularly during interview, you need to make it OBVIOUS <\/em><\/strong>of all of their <\/em><\/strong>crimes…….AND<\/em><\/strong>, more importantly, what you will say in the courtroom, or, what ‘They’ think <\/em><\/strong>that you will say in the courtroom, should it get that far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sergeant reviewing your case will not want to be unemployed tomorrow…….he\/she likely has Rent or a Mortgage, they also have ‘bills’ and commitments themselves, or for their children, so becoming unemployed through a ‘silly’ school-boy error, is not something that they will willingly pursue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because Christian21’s information explains multiple questions that EVERYONE in EVERY sector of society has had for the last 4+ years….namely…..:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Where did everyone go?”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you work in a Hospital, a police station, the local council etc etc, then you will have noticed that the managerial sector has all disappeared several years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No one knows where they all went, or why……..until they get me in an interview……<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And ‘if’ I was to go before a Magistrate, it would end their career in moments, and likely see them get several months+ in prison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People in ‘Official<\/em><\/strong>‘ positions can not afford to be publicly humiliated – their role is of Governance & Control, so if you make it really obvious that they are all breaking the law, and explain why, and how they are breaking the Law…..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don’t forget that on the 1st January 1973 The Queen, Ted Heath and some other nonce’s took England into the EEC. This was an act of “High Treason”, and the three of them should have been hung by the neck until dead. But they were not, it was hidden from the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The proof of this is a document that you can find online as a Pdf file. It’s called: “FCO-30-1048”<\/strong> (FCO = ‘Forign & Commonwealth Office) This document was classified top secret in 1973, and filed away not to be opened for 31 years (i think it was 2002 when i could be seen again).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What this means is that EVERY SINGLE<\/strong> ‘Act’, ‘Statute, or Policy brought out after the 1st January 1973 is NULL & VOID<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trying to enforce a fraudulent Act, statute, or policy is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Aiding and Abetting in a Treasonous Act<\/strong>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Trying to obtain money via deception<\/strong>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Gross Misconduct in Public Office” <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Malfeasance \/ Missfeasance \/ Nonfeasance in Public Office.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is far easier for them and their continued employment status if they don’t have your name on their paperwork. If your name is on their paperwork, then they have to deal with you. So, make it so that they don’t see your name, make it so that the last thing that they want to see is your name = Litigation Nightmare from Hell<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So they are not only assessing your case in advance, but they are also deciding who goes in front of the Magistrate the following day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I get stopped by the police, after asking what im stopped for…..we are discussing police fraud, Malfeasance\/Missfeasance\/Nonfeasance in “Public Office”, “Gross Misconduct ” in Public Office<\/em><\/strong>, “Aiding and abetting in a Treasonous Act”, and “Trying to obtain money via deception”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don’t answer questions from police, they are ‘Public Servants’<\/em><\/strong> and therefore ‘Below<\/em><\/strong>‘ me, & you……if they want to ask questions…..they can ask each other. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In all honesty, my own style of common law, which is based on Christian21 intel, works so well, I don’t need to send 3 letters in the ‘3-letter process’; one <\/em><\/strong>letter is enough – my letters to officials are more like ‘Nuclear’ Hand Grenades, than postal letters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The Pen is mightier than the Sword”……….and it requires a lot less energy to ‘swing’ .<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il add my last letter that I sent to the Police here at the end…….its 32 pages of text, it took me about 5 hours to write it, but it worked as well as the rest that I have sent over the last few years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Immediate success is what you are aiming for.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I send a letter regarding common law, depending on what it’s about, if it’s serious, it’s usually 20-30 pages of A4 text. I leave NO ROOM <\/em><\/strong>for a single question from them – it sends shockwaves through the system to everyone who reads it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For instance, as one example, I was stopped by Colchester Police roughly 2 months ago – the reason for the stop was an incident 4 months prior. A Civil matter, I accidentally reversed into a Council waste bin after taking a wrong turn into a ‘Cul-de sac’ in an unfamiliar town in the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The owner of the waste bin was there when it happened, he was very angry<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the regand the result is that i get left alone, because the very last thing that <\/p>\n\n\n\n
